Coffee Cup Restaurant

I have lived in Pensacola for thirty years and have never been to this gem. So I had a bright and early appointment for break work and decided to hit the Coffee Cup up for breakfast during my wait. What an amazing experience! The food was excellent and plentiful but the beauty of this historic establishment is the service. From the owners to those cooking up the delicious food and the outstanding servers. I got an elbow dab from the what I consider a Chef, who greeted everyone who walked in the door. He knew his regulars and would start their food as soon as they walked in. I have nothing negative to say and I will most definitely be back. Pensacola is lucky to have the Coffee Cup!!

We love the coffee cup! Came with our pup and enjoyed brunch on the patio. Food was fantastic (especially the deep fried French toast!) and Nikko is the best!!

Despite being packed to the brim and bustling with activity, The Coffee Cup managed to deliver excellent service with a smile. The food? Absolutely delicious.The highlight of our visit was the cook whipping up a special sweet hot sauce for my son's chicken and waffles. It was a culinary masterpiece that had us wondering if this chef moonlights as a magician.Adding to the charm, Robert, the table busser, was like the unofficial emcee of the morning, keeping the mood light with his cheerful conversation and quick wit. Our server, Angelica, was a paragon of efficiency, always a step ahead of our needs, and making sure our coffee cups were never empty. The manager, in what can only be described as a master class in hospitality, roamed the floor like a vigilant guardian, ensuring every customer felt like a VIP.In the midst of the organized chaos, The Coffee Cup proved that they can handle a crowd without sacrificing quality or service. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tasty and entertaining breakfast adventure!

I went to eat at The Coffee Cup and my waitress Nikko was amazing. She was so positive and very nice. My pancake I got was a little undercooked so I asked if I could get a new one and she had them remake my whole meal. She took great care of me and mom.

Best kept secret in Pensacola! This cafe is a true hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported back in time to a hustling, bustling, friendly diner. We sat at the counter and had the awesome opportunity of watching the light hearted, hilarious, banter between the waitresses and Mike the head cook. Our waitress Nikki and Mike, the cook, provided such an excellent dining experience.On top of this wonderful dining experience the added bonus was super yummy food! Highly recommend adding the Coffe Cup to your list of must tries while in Pensacola.

We had such a delicious breakfast and we will be back for sure! My omelette was so fluffy and filled with the ingredients I chose (cheddar, spinach and jalapeño). I think though that the biscuit was the highlight. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her fried French toast with chocolate chips and whipped cream. She usually never finishes her meal but she did this time. Our server was friendly. The coffee was very good and fresh.

Nikko was the perfect waitress! I rarely ever leave a review but she deserves an acknowledgment. She has perfect timing, very friendly, and exudes happiness that makes your day that much better. The food was great as well.
